Marinedi expands Mediterranean refit work with new service structure

Superyacht captains and fleet managers navigating Italian waters now have a more flexible alternative to traditional single-location refit hubs. Marinedi, a leading Mediterranean marina developer, has consolidated its technical operations into an integrated multi-site refit and maintenance network across the Tyrrhenian, Adriatic, and Southern Italian coastlines.

The new system links seven boatyards—Chiavari, Villasimius, Teulada, Balestrate, Policoro, Brindisi, and a primary hub in Trapani. Combining Group-owned facilities with specialised ecosystem partners, the network accommodates vessels up to 70 metres, with infrastructure for the high-demand 12-to-35-metre segment.

Equipped with travel lifts, extensive hardstanding, dedicated technical zones, and service quays, the distributed model allows operators to schedule modular maintenance or emergency interventions directly along their active cruising routes.
