Electric String to be main sponsor for Superyacht Charity Ball

The exclusive black tie annual Superyacht Charity Ball will take place on March 24th 2018. Electric String is pleased to announce the sponsorship of this fantastic event which is being held at the Ageas Bowl, Southampton.

The event is set to be a huge success with some of the biggest names in the Superyacht industry attending making it a great occasion for industry experts to come together to network.

The Superyacht Charities combine years of experience in the industry to help those that need it most. This fantastic foundation was set up by a group of 5 friends and professionals to provide a platform for industry colleagues to participate and donate to charitable organisations. The team is dedicated to ensuring all the hard work put into raising funds achieve the desired results and go to the organisations they are intended for.

Superyacht Charites aim to raise thousands of pounds and highlight the importance of the two chosen charities, ‘Sail4cancer’ and ‘Turn to Starboard’ and the Ball plays a vital part in achieving this goal.

There will be several events at the ball; alongside dinner and dancing, there is the highly regarded main auction, which last year raised £29,000 for the charities. The auction sees a host of prizes including Test Match tickets for the Ageas Bowl, a weekend Skiing in Austria, a weekend Luxury Beach Hut break and much more!

James Ward, Managing Director or Electric String said “We are delighted to be involved as a main sponsor for the 2018 Charity Ball, it is really important to us to support charities that contribute so much to those in need. We are all very much looking forward to the event and meeting friends new and old”.
